Trip on Your Dick Trickle Award, Michigan II
This week it has to go to Mr. Alan Gustafson and the 5 team. What a dumb call trying to stretch it that far on fuel mileage with a spot in the Chase on the line. Their car was fast enough to drive back to the top 5 if they had stopped like the 88 did, and instead they ran out and finished 31st.
Honorable mention to the 48 for running out of gas in the same way they did 2 months ago.

How about the car that brought out the first caution again? Did he even get consideration?

I don't want the 7 to think that they can just win every week. Nothing is easy in motorsport.
